Marinade

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 Spanish onion diced
3 garlic bulbs pressed or diced (your call)
1 tablespoon of worschire sauce
4 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon ground mustard powder

Whisk together and pour on meat
This will work for fish, chicken, or beef...
FISH: Refrigerate for 2 hours
CHICKEN: 4-6 hours
BEEF: 8 hours - 10 hours
